Cookies and browser storage
A short, accurate list of what this site stores in your browser and why.
What the site itself stores
- Your quiz attempt. Stored in session storage under a single key, containing your answers and which question you are on. Session storage is used instead of a cookie precisely because it is never sent to a server and it disappears when you close the tab.
- Your consent choice. If and when a consent tool is in use, your choice is stored locally so you are not asked repeatedly.
The site sets no cookies of its own for tracking, measurement or personalization.
Third-party storage
No advertisements and no analytics are running here yet. Google’s AdSense script is loaded on every page so the advertising account can verify and review the site, and it may set its own cookies or read device information even though no ad is being shown. Those cookies are Google’s, set under its own policies rather than this site’s.
When advertising is switched on, ad serving can involve cookies and similar technologies. Where consent is legally required for that, it will be collected through an appropriate certified consent management platform before personalized ads are served. Refusing does not stop you from taking the test.
Clearing it
Closing the tab discards your attempt. “Restart test” clears it immediately. Your browser settings can block or clear site storage entirely; the test still works without storage, it just will not survive a refresh.
More detail on data handling is in the privacy policy.
